Brown Sugar Shortbread Mix:

Shortbread Cookies By using brown rather than white sugar, our Brown Sugar Shortbread cookies are a slight departure from traditional shortbread. The dough can be baked in a tart pan or shortbread mold, or it can be rolled thin, cut out with shaped cutters, and baked as individual wafer-style cookies. Dip an edge in chocolate and nuts, or sprinkle the tops with cinnamon sugar, these cookies are addictive!

Each bag contains 2 complete recipes. Each recipe yields 2 ½ dozen wafer cookies, or one tart pan (15 wedges). If you are expecting a crowd, bake both batches—they are guaranteed to disappear quickly!
